Management use abusive language. Basic rights of employees are denied.
As a Sutherland employee, I have no right to feel ill or join any function with your parents. I want department labor (India) to take some survey of Sutherland how it deals with its employees in India. Human rights abuse is very common here.
Please don’t join Sutherland, if you have any dignity or you want to save yourself from humiliation of the management.
